Just one tree (Demolition part 1,000,001)

That's it. The house has gone and this is the result. The demolition company took five weeks longer than they said and have delayed the rest of the process, which means that I won't get it finished before 6 May when the conditional approval on my loan expires. The surveyors sent their documents to Landgate a couple of days ago and now we have to wait for them to issue separate titles. At the same time a settlement agent is preparing documents to issue to Landgate to have one name on each title. This has to wait until Landgate has issued the original subdivision titles (with both names on both blocks). And on and on it goes. I very much doubt if it will all be complete within the next two or so weeks.
