Since the man at Landgate did such a fantastic job and sent his report to the Planning Commission, I have heard nothing. I submitted the plans to the Council over a week ago and they said they would process the application for the building license three days ago. Haven't heard anything. I applied to the bank (current mortgage) for consent to transfer the name on the blocks when they are finally subdivided. They told me what to send and yesterday I got a letter asking for more documents and money, which they hadn't told me about when I spoke to them. I haven't receivced the fixed price quote from the builder, which I was meant to get last week BUT the bank for the new mortgage said they would extend my conditional approval!
