A tiny step forward, or maybe quite significant

I can't believe it - the subdivision is complete!! My name is on one title and my mother's on the other, so now they are separate and I am CELEBRATING!

I met with the builder today to do the final costings and he is preparing the fixed-price quote. That should be ready in a couple of days.

We have the building license and now all I have to do really is take a deeeeeeep breath and say "Let's go". Scary!
