Windows

The first coat of render has been done downstairs and all the windows are in. At first they just put in the smaller windows downstairs and a couple of days later the large ones went in. I had thought that the window at the stairs would be just two very big pieces of glass held together by silicone, but the builder has put in three aluminium strips to make four windows. I will have to speak to him about it, although I can understand why he did it, however, it wasn't in the plans and he quoted on two big bits of glass, so he would have saved himself some money by doing that. When all is said and done it looks quite good in four parts anyway. I forgot to take a photo todayI was going to upload one of where the four-part window is now, but it won't upload.
