Floorboards

The man who was going to sand and polish the floorboards was meant to start last Monday, and didn't. Then he said Thursday. Then he said Friday. Still no show. He was, however, there yesterday and filled all the holes and seemed to really ruin the floorboards. I hope he sand the filler off everywhere other than the holes before he polished them. He'd better do it tomorrow and Tuesday because I have the carpet man booked for Thursday. Initially, the capet man was booked for late November, then last week and now this Thursday. If the floorboards aren't finished the carpet man won't be able to install the carpets until mid-January.

I initally booked the removalist for 1 December, then 21 December and now 28 December. The new furniture was meant to be delivered on 22 December and now it will be 16 January.

Got no idea when I'll be moving in, but I've started really cleaning the house I am in in anticipation of moving. I spent this weekend cleaning out the kitchen cupboards and cleaning some door frames.
